Rarely does a brand-new golf course make such an impact and immediately feel so established.
Designed by John Jacobs through mature woodland in Dorset, Remedy provides a serene escape for golfers.
It’s hard to believe the course only opened in 2005, especially when putting on the immaculate greens.
The layout offers a tough test from the back tees, yet constantly gives you the option to attack holes, which brings a substantial level of danger into play.
The clubhouse is as well designed as the course; a subtle and welcoming building that offers fantastic views of the 18th green. POH
+ Mature beyond its years; a wonderful golfing escape
- Quite hilly and some long walks between greens and tees; quirky 18th

summing up just about correct;
quirkiness of 18th about to be remedied (makes sense?)
with new back tee.

Played the course two weeks ago. Absolutely fabulous design, a real treat for golf lovers. I cheated and played from the blue (back) tees which made it even more challenging but thoroughly enjoyable. Greens, were a little soft (receptive) and were fantastic for putting on. For me, almost every hole was memorable. Whilst this is a new course, It is going to be outstanding.
