Bridgestone E5, E6 & E7 ball review
Review Date: 18th May 2011
Design and Tech Benefits
Three balls that are designed to offer different trajectories depending on whether players are looking for a higher, lower or straighter flight. This is achieved by using different dimple designs, cover materials and inner layers.
The construction of each Bridgstone ball is designed to provide added distance off the tee, this is advanced through a seamless cover design.
Golf Monthly Verdict
It is difficult to pick out a big difference in flight between the three Bridgestone balls but all excelled in the distance they provided off the tee. For all round performance they sit right between the distance and soft feel categories.

Bridgestone e6 great distance stop dead on the greens only if you hit the ball high playing with wedges well not bad feel but hard to make them spin back, but over all a very good ball for £19

Have swapped to the e6 from the NXT tour - as a 12 h-capper i can't justify the pro V1's. E6 has a nice feel and they don't scuff as badly as the NXT's. Fine off the T; fine short game; fine putting. And have now gone for some yellow ones to help track them in the air. At £36 for 2 doz v good value.
