Design and Tech Benefits
The bullet-shaped head with its low rear internal weight chamber helps reduce spin rates and provide the ideal launch conditions for long, powerful drives. A high moment of inertia means straighter results on mis-hits, while internal weight bars have been strategically placed to improve acoustics and deliver a solid, pure sound.
Golf Monthly Verdict
This month?s surprise package. Good simple looks and a nice head shape, delivering a pleasing impact sound, a good ball flight and plenty of distance. One of the best-feeling, best-performing sub-£100 drivers I've hit.

Only just bought this driver, but first impressions are what a superb piece of kit this is. At address it does seem a little closed but thats not a big deal. I have the prolaunch red shaft which offers a lower flight than the other shaft options on offer. My old driver carried about 260 with varied accuracy, this carries about 240 but with a lot more accuracy which in turn should see more fairways hit. The sound at impact was a big surprise to me, so many of the drivers around just now are very loud to say the least but this has a very solid yet pleasing to the ear sound like a good crack. I've in general had a slight fade in flight with my driver but draw on irons this has changed instantly to the same shape as my irons, albeit a little more pronounced but it is flying further with a lower trajectory than my old club. according to trackman average 13.6 degrees launch angle. even better than that is the price tag. picking this up for under £60. can't go wrong. only golf club snobbery in my opinion is what would keep this driver out of a lot of players bags give it a try. worked for me.
