Design and Tech Benefits
Midsize heads are designed to provide a classic look with forgiveness and playability. A one-piece 'Soft Response Insert' across the cavity gives a solid sound and improved feel for most types of strike. Weight is moved to the heel and toe for added stability and control. The Wilson Staff Ci9 irons should suit golfers who would like a thinner top line from a forgiving iron, want added technology without being too fussy at address, and need a confidence boost with their long irons.

Golf Monthly Verdict
A high-tech looking cavity is combined with a comparatively traditional look at address. The long irons really stood out because of the levels of consistency they provided. The 4-iron was far easier to hit than other cavity-back sets that we have tested, while the top line is thin enough to attract the eye of a wide range of golfers.

I purchased these irons about 6 weeks ago and I have already logged 72 holes with them. I have been a high handicapped golfer playing with old hand me down clubs prior to that. Since I got my new clubs (including the Wilson Fybrid 3 and 4 irons and Wilson Tour Milled Wedges) I have seen more consistency in my game, as well as steadily falling scores. I have found that it is much easier to make adjustments to my game with these clubs, and my misses are much more forgiving.
the only drawback I can see is that the irons do not display the loft for each club (with the exception of the Tour Milled Wedges). It was difficult to get accurate yardages for my first few rounds.
Overall great value!

These are great irons they are very long and the feel is great, after demoing these irons at my local driving range i was hooked i also tried the Titleist AP1's, mizuno mx-300 and the cobra s2 forged and i found the Ci9's the best. The only thing i didnt like was the new wilson staff grips, so when i ordered them i had them fit the old wilson grips which are alot softer and you dont recieve the harsh feel (some reviews say you get) on off centered hits. i would recomend the irons to anyone.
