Design and Tech Benefits
A multifunctional control panel is combined with a new LCD display, which gives the distance of each shot hit, distance walked and battery power, all of which can be turned off. The PowaKaddy Freeway II trolley has nine different speed settings and can be sent ten, 20 or 30 yards before stopping automatically. Available with an 18-hole Lithium battery that is 75% lighter than standard.
Golf Monthly Verdict
Unrivalled in looks and styling department. The extremely lightweight battery allows the PowaKaddy Freeway II trolley to be folded up with it still in place, which is a superb feature when loading the car. The lithium battery is a lot more expensive and not available in a 36-hole version.

What a major disappointment. Great styling and ease of use but let down by serious design flaws and appalling customer service. My Freeway II Lithium has suffered from what has been a known and ongoing fault - the display screen mists over in any damp conditions. It has been with a local repair centre 3 times - they gave up so it went to Powerkaddy direct who replaced the unit ensuring that this was the "final once and for all fix". Guess what - it didn't work! It went back to them again on 21st Sept 2010 and as of a phone call today was still unpacked on 7th October 2010 despite promises of sorting it straight away. It is trully appalling dealing with them - arrogant and unhelpfull. I can only suggest that you investigate other options - I am aware that Powerkaddy are having all sorts of problems with this model - everyone I know has had a problem too.
