Cleveland Golf is offering a £25 discount on its 588 RTX or forged wedge to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the popular model

Cleveland Golf has announced a special anniversary promotion for its iconic 588 wedge.

From March 8 2013, to celebrate the 588's 25th birthday, golfers will be able to trade-in any wedge and get £25 off a new Cleveland Golf 588 RTX or forged wedge.

The traded-in club will be accepted regardless of brand, model or age.

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the offer can trade in up to three wedges at any one time.

Cleveland Golf's new 588 RTX wedges come complete with Rotex Face Technology, which is designed to impart maximum spin from any lie.

The Rotex face is a directionally milled face pattern that adds roughness, creating more friction and greater spin on chips, pitches and full wedge shots.

The 588 RTX wedges also possess 16% larger U-grooves, which help maximise spin from all lies in all conditions.

The trade-in promotion will come to an end on June 30, 2013, and will be available through most Cleveland Golf retailers.
