TaylorMade r7 Quad HT
TaylorMade r7 Quad HT RRP £449(g)
DESIGN
The r7 Quad HT looks great and definitely inspires confidence when you place it behind the ball.
TEC TALK
A slightly different head shape to the original r7 brings a 5% increase in moment of inertia for added mis-hit forgiveness, and a centre of gravity promoting a higher trajectory and a touch more spin. Four interchangeable weights let you manipulate flight characteristics.
PERFORMANCE
Easy to hit with superb feel and distance. The club produces a consistently penetrating ball flight. The results are excellent even without altering the adjustable weights but the shape of your shots can be improved even further with a little patient tinkering.

GM VERDICT
This club excels on all fronts and is only really let down by the hefty price tag. But, you pay for what you get.
