Ian Poulter has confirmed via Twitter that he will play Titleist clubs in 2015, likely adding the 915 woods and 714 CB and MB irons to the Vokey SM5 wedges and Pro V1 ball he already plays

After recently confirming he was leaving Cobra Puma Golf for a new equipment manufacturer, Ian Poulter has revealed that manufacturer will be Titleist.

The 38-year-old revealed on Twitter he will put the Titleist 915 driver, Titleist 915F fairway wood and two 915H hybrids in his bag, along with Titleist 714 CB and MB irons to join the Titleist Vokey SM5 wedges and Pro V1 ball he already plays.

It also looks likely he will be wearing FootJoy shoes.

The Englishman had been with Cobra Puma since 2006, when Cobra was owned by Acushnet – parent company of Titleist.

Until this month, Ian Poulter was also the European face of the Cobra Puma brand, appearing in adverts alongside stablemates Rickie Fowler and Jonas Blixt.

It is expected the new deal - which will likely commence officially from January 1st 2015 - will accommodate an agreement for Ian Poulter to wear his own IJP Design clothing range, while the Englishman is expected to use a matching IJP Design tour bag (right), which he tweeted an image of yesterday, for the remainder of the 2014 season.
