Sam LittlePringle Ambassador and European Tour pro – finished tied second at the recent Moravia Silesia Open to effectively retain his tour card for the 2010 season.

Pringle, one of the oldest, most respected, and most elegant golfing brands chose Little to wear their latest clothing collection on the European Tour in 2009 and he has done so with distinction. In the Czech Republic the Englishman finished with an 11-under-par total of 277 to finish two shots behind the eventual winner Oskar Henningsson to secure the biggest payday of his career.

With an illustrious history dating back to 1815, the name Pringle has gone hand in hand with the upper echelons of golf. By wearing Pringle, Little joins a veritable who’s who of British golfers with greats such as Tony Jacklin, Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie all having worn Pringle in the past.

From its inception in the early 19th century, to supplying both teams’ uniforms for successive Ryder Cups in the 1950s, to being the first company to sponsor Arnold Palmer – arguably the greatest golfer of all time – to success in the present day, Pringle has displayed enormous longevity. And that is in no small part down to the brand’s use of fabrics which are innovative and highly technical as well as being fashionable.

Little, whose previous best was two top tens in 2008 is enjoying his best season yet on tour – whilst at the same time being a great ambassador for Pringle. The new Autumn/Winter collection from Pringle that Sam wears on Tour is now available in all the best golf retailers. The new range affords both comfort and style on the course and appears tailor-made for the fashion-conscious golfer.
