Drill for improving your flexibility and creating more power

Improve your flexibility

It goes without saying that you need to be flexible to hit the ball a long way.

Many golfers, often due to their age, simply aren't able to make the sort athletic turn that delivers good yardage.

There are, however, ways to improve the flexibility of your movement. Stretching regularly should make a big difference to your flexibility and you can also try this drill.

Make some practice swings, moving your hands up the grip so that the last finger of your left hand is off the club. The weight in the clubhead will create the momentum that allows you to make a better turn. If you can practice this regularly your flexibility is guaranteed to improve.
