Golf tip: Extra distance off the tee

Do you think you should hit it the ball further and be getting extra distance? Maybe you want to launch the ball higher? Well, this golf tip should help you.

If you feel you can produce a lot of clubhead speed, but aren't getting the distance, it could be due to your position at impact.

The position of your spine as you swing down to the ball gives an indication of whether you are utilising your potential power.

A fault when looking to gain extra power is to throw your body towards the target. This result is transferring weight onto the left side too early and wasting all the built-up power.

You need to be aware of the posotion of your spine and avoid throwing your body towards the target. Avoid that and it will improve your weight transfer and unleash the potential power.
