Tiger Woods
Hitting consistent mid-irons
Tiger Woods' emphatic victory at Hoylake in the 2006 Open Championship at Royal Liverpool was built on the precision of his iron play, both off the tee and from the middle of the fairway.
His crisp ball striking, beautifully highlighted by the white hot, rock solid fairways, was the result of a brisk tempo that combined power with accuracy.
Notice how, through impact, his hands and waist are pointing in the same direction. His arms and body are working in perfect synchronisation to optimise clubhead speed while keeping the face on line. If your iron play is inconsistent, pay close attention to the movement of your upper body and arms to ensure they are working in perfect harmony through the downswing.

dear GM,
i am writing to you to tell you all about this knew ruling that has come into our
local par3 course.
i am 15 years old and am i member of a proper cousre but enjoy to go and
play at the par 3 course and in the weekly competitions.this ruling however states that anybody under the age of 18 can not win the principal prizes of the weekly comps and we are also not aloud in the 2 team competitions and the annual scratch cup.We are even more mad because us juniors are regular winners.
we have also found out about our so called friends, that are adults, who voted for this crazy ruling and also about the snobs who have no idea how to play golf and are jealous of us.i think as we pay our membership just like them then i do not see why this has come in.
this is turning all juniors away from playing at this course and we are da members of tomorrow. What do ye think of this rule and all the readers
