Get in the bubble

When the best players in the world talk about their greatest rounds, they often say they were "in the zone" or "in a bubble".

This refers to a state of total concentration where the player is in complete control of his physical and mental performance.

To help create this feeling as you look to build a score on the green, use your hands to shield your eyes from peripheral distractions.

Visualise your ball rolling smoothly towards the hole, breaking with the slopes of the green. This simple mental rehearsal will improve your focus.
