Top 25 Coach Gary Alliss
Your wedge game needs to be as precise as possible to set up good birdie opportunities but if the ball is sitting below the level of your feet, an accurate strike becomes far more difficult to achieve.
To ensure that you hit the shot sweetly, simply bend your knees more than usual at address.
This will prevent you from catching the ball thin.
It's equally important to commit to the shot to prevent the ball from wavering off line.
Extend your arms fully through impact, driving your weight onto your left side and you should achieve a strong, accurate ball flight.
