Change clubs for the 60 yard bunker shot
A cross between a fairway bunker shot and a greenside splash, the 60-yard bunker escape is a difficult shot to master.
Don't simply opt for a half swing with a wedge – anything but the purest strike will produce a disappointing outcome.
Instead, take your 9-iron and make a shorter, shallower swing than usual.
To complete a successful escape, commit to the shot by swinging through to a full and balanced finish position.
