Coaching philosophy: I try to teach each player as an individual based on his own ability, physique and aspirations in the game. Together we will set some tangible long-term goals and plan exactly how we intend to meet these targets.

Best tip: To any young player I'd emphasise the importance of working hard both on technique and physique. There are both crucial areas and desreve equal attention from an early age.
