The golf shop at The Belfry has been transformed with a stunning new entrance and an entirely re-designed interior as part of a multi-million pound renovation project.

The renovated golf shop will look to elevate customer experiences in line with the high standards on offer throughout the new-look resort, located in Wishaw, Warwickshire.

It features dedicated hardware sections for golf’s biggest brands – including Titleist, Callaway, Nike, TaylorMade-adidas and Ping – and aligns service with the custom fitting services available at The Belfry’s PGA National Golf Academy.

The new Golf Shop aims to appeal to the tastes of all customers with a new dedicated ladies section and a selection of quality lifestyle clothing from the brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss.

The design process for the new shop began in late 2012. Now the new golf shop has been completed The Belfry team will be aiming to fulfill their goal of providing superior service and a unique retail experience to all the guests at the resort.

The Belfry’s Brabrazon course remains one of Britain’s most historic golf courses, having hosted the Ryder Cup on four occasions. Two of the courses were opened to the public in 1974 and in 1977 the course was selected for the headquarters of the PGA.

The resort is also home to the PGA National and The Derby and houses the headquarters of the Professional Golfers’ Association, in addition to the hotel, spa and tennis course.

The £26 million renovation project has led to a refurbishment of all the bedrooms, meeting rooms as well as the entrance and lobby. The restaurant, Sam’s, and The Brabazon Bar have also both been modified.

The Belfry is sculpted into 550 acres of West Midlands countryside and was ranked at 17 in Golf Monthly last year in our Top 50 UK & Ireland Stay and Play rankings.

The Brabazon is also ranked number 78 in Golf Monthly’s Top 100 UK and Ireland Golf Courses.
