David Howell and Louis Oosthuizen are endorsing the charity Leonard Cheshire Disability for Golfability, a national golf tournament supported by Motocaddy.

Golf clubs across the UK are invited to join the charity and by setting aside one Stableford competition day between April and July 2010, participating clubs will receive a host of benefits for their members.

In return for a small donation, players will have the chance to compete in the final tournament at the Marriott Forest of Arden, Warwickshire playing the Arden course in Autumn 2010, in association with Golfbreaks.com.

In addition, players will be entered in a prize draw for the chance to win a fantastic range of prizes including luxurious golfing breaks and some great golfing equipment.

Howell, 33, who has won four European tour titles, said: “If you enjoy the game of golf, there is no better way to raise funds for charity than getting out for some friendly competition on the course.  Ask your club to sign up to Golfability and help raise funds for Leonard Cheshire Disability.”

By taking part in Golfability, clubs and players will be raising much-needed funds to help Leonard Cheshire Disability continue its work with disabled people in communities across the UK.

To take part please contact Leonard Cheshire Disability events team on 0870 420 4301 or email events@LCDisability.org
