To celebrate the launch of Ian Poulter's much-anticipated autobiography, 'No Limits', we've teamed up with publishers Quercus Books to offer free copies to five lucky winners.

What's more, one entrant will be chosen at random to win an IJP Design polo-shirt signed by Poulter.

No Limits provides no-holds-barred in-depth coverage of the life and career of one golf's most colourful and charismatic characters.

It covers topics from his life as an assistant pro, his love of football and his clothing company to his Ryder Cup heriocs, his critics, his run-in with Tiger and his affinity with Twitter.

According to the synopisis, No Limits tells Poulter's "inspirational story, from his early rejection as a Spurs youth player, right through to his match-winning contributions and successive European Ryder Cup triumphs.

"Just as Poulter's appearance on the scene came as a refreshing antidote to a sport that was often staid and stuffy, so his own book is a forthright and passionate as the man himself," it concludes.
