The Carrick on Loch Lomond has been announced as the host venue of the World Corporate Golf Challenge World Final.

The tournament - the world's biggest corporate golf event - will be staged from May 7-12 at one of Scotland's most spectacular golf resorts.

Visitors from 20 countries, including Australia and Brazil, will compete in the 20th anniversary of the event.

"Hosting such a prestigious global event gives us the perfect platform to showcase the resort to a global audience, and underlines why it is rightly considered as one of the leading luxurious golf resorts in Scotland and across Europe," said Ross Whitfield, The Carrick's General Manager.

More than one million people from around the world have taken part in the Corporate Golf Challenge World Final since its inception.

This year, it will be promoted by a number of global media partners, including TIME and Fortune magazines, and broadcast on Golfing World TV.

Visit Scotland is also the Official Tourism Partner of the 2013 World Final.

Off course, players will stay in the luxurious five-star Cameron House Resort, noted for its overall quality, fine dining and unrivalled leisure facilities.

Tournament Ambassadors Tony Jacklin and trick-shot artist Jeremy Dale will also be present.
