The European Tour is back with a tournament being played at Valderrama - check out our Open De Espana Golf Betting Tips
Open De Espana Golf Betting Tips
The European Tour is back – and with a bang! The first event this season actually on the continent of Europe takes place at stunning (and deadly) Valderrama.
Last year the Open De Espana was won by Englishman James Morrison when it was played at Real Club El Prat.
The Englishman is 100/1 to defend his title this season, while this year’s tournament host Sergio Garcia is 6/1 (backers of his will hope he is over his Masters jetlag). While Rafael Cabrera Bello is going to be well fancied at 12/1.
Valderrama is an exacting test and only the best ball strikers are rewarded on this tough track.

Open De Espana Golf Betting Tips Advised Bets
Martin Kaymer 3 points each way at 25/1 – The German has fallen out of the world’s top 50 now – however he has all the attributes to conquer one of the toughest challenges on continental Europe.
Peter Uihlein 2 points each way at 45/1 – The American is one of Europe’s form players with three top 10s in his last four starts. Therefore it is very odd that his odds are this long, some really decent value.
Pablo Larrazabal 1 point each way at 66/1 – His ball striking has always been exceptional and therefore makes him someone who has the potential to do well this week. Was 6th not that long ago in Malaysia.
Paul Dunne 1 point each way at 100/1 – The young Irishman is still finding his feet on tour, but has all the attributes required to do well on this toughest of challenges.
