Yorkshire golfer Paul Bradley has won the second Wirral Golf Classic (WGC), taking the title with a fantastic 155 stableford points.
Almost 200 golfers from all over Great Britain and Ireland gathered for the Wirral Golf Classic as well as a number of players coming from overseas to battle it out at Caldy, Heswall, RLGC and Wallasey.
Charles Herbert from Sale cam second with 148 points and last year's runner-up, Patrick Loram from Maxstoke Park, finished third.
Meanwhile, the women's Wirral Golf Classic was won by Monica Pinfold from Tytherington who tied on 132 pts with Cath Rawthore from Sale, although Pinfold scored most points in her final round to take the trophy.
The Wirral Golf Classic also saw two holes-in-one. Nicholas Devine of Reddish Vale aced at the 5th at Wallasey on the Tuesday while Gavin Caygill from Bishop Auckland made his at RLGC's 13th hole the following day.
The WGC was well supported by The Portrait House, the Wro and Sheldrakes who served on course refreshments while the Thornton Hall Hotel hosted a drinks reception for all competitors at the start of the week.
