MD Golf Superstrong ST fairway wood review
MD Golf Superstrong ST fairway wood review. Review of the new MD Golf Superstrong ST fairway wood
A good-looking head that produces a pleasing ball flight and plenty of run. This is ideal for windy weather and is a very good all-rounder, particularly when you consider the price. PGA Pro Verdict The new streamlined head means the Superstrong fairway is no longer an all-out game improver club. Wow, what a great-looking product. This really gets the thumbs up from me! Head design, shape and set-up was super. The shaft and grip combination was also impressive and all the quality components matched up perfectly. The UST Grip also felt fantastic on the model I tested and on performance the club was excellent. You could spend a lot more money and not get a product of this quality or performance. This will find its way into my bag! (John Jacobs)
Why you can trust Golf Monthly
The MD Golf Superstrong ST's face has been made shallower and the head is more compact to make it workable from both the tee and the fairway. The head is aerodynamically styled to help improve performance.
The MD Golf Superstrong ST fairway wood is well suited for anyone looking for a versatile fairway wood that produces a penetrating flight and golfers who want a decent 3-wood at an excellent price
The best-looking fairway wood that MD has produced to date. The head shape and colouring look great behind the ball and compared to other 3-woods with similar shafts the flight was penetrating and produced impressive amounts of run. MD continues to go from strength to strength in the wood category.
