Clubhouse Golf

The PowaKaddy Freeway Digital electric golf trolley is designed with simplicity and style in mind. The new frame is based on the stylish look of the PowaKaddy Sport. This is combined with a new ambidextrous handle and a roller control with the choice of nine speeds. The distance function allows the trolley to be sent approximately 15, 30 or 45 yards. The battery tray features a unique new connection suitable for lead and lithium batteries.

The PowaKaddy Freeway Digital electric golf trolley will suit anyone after a stylish trolley without pricey extras.

Verdict

The PowaKaddy Freeway Digital electric golf trolley sits very nicely between the top-end trolleys with all the added extras and the budget models. The original Freeway was in need of a style update and this has been achieved. The controls will please anyone who simply wants an electric trolley to do its primary job of getting your clubs round the course. The handle is well made, making the trolley easy to steer. The design doesn?t look quite as stylish as the Sport ? as the motor is exposed ? but this is reflected in the price difference. Gadget fans who are after all the added extras they can get will prefer to pay for the top-of-the-range PowaKaddy Sport. PGA Pro verdict I think this is going to be a real winner from PowaKaddy, thanks to the huge advances on the original Freeway trolley. This is the first time I have seen the all-new battery connection and it is a big improvement. The old ?T-bar? design was clumsy and tricky to connect, but this is much better and is now extremely easy to connect.
The simple ergonomic handle is also a big improvement on what went before and feels very comfortable in the hand. The frame looks good and is very easy to put together and take down thanks to the simple folding mechanism. This new offering definitely gets the thumbs up from me.
