A guide to Chambers Bay's hole 12 ahead of the 2015 US Open.

Chambers Bay hole 12 - The Narrows - Par 4 - 281 yards

As you might imagine, The Narrows is indeed the narrowest hole at Chambers Bay. It's a drivable one, too, with just one bunker positioned in front of the green.

The green undulates and is liable to catch one or two out. However, the size of it means most players should hit it with little difficulty, providing their accuracy off the tee isn't tested too severely by the hole's slender fairway.

It should be possible to make birdies on this hole, although this is where the imagination comes into it. The mentality of the players on this hole must change given its stark contrast to the likes of the spacious third hole.

David Chung missed a putt for eagle on this hole in 2010.
