Walker Cup heroes sign with Wasserman

GB&I Walker Cup winners Andy Sullivan and Jack Senior have been signed by Wasserman Media Group following their success this weekend.

Sullivan and Senior are ranked first and third respectively in the British Amateur rankings. They will now join Jason Day, Rickie Fowler and Hunter Mahan as part of the Wasserman golf division.

The 24-year-old Sullivan has enjoyed a successful few years on the amateur circuit. In 2010 he finished second in the Titleist Footjoy EGU Order of Merit and won the prestigious Hampshire Salver in the process.

Senior, who is now 23-years-old, has competed on the European Challenge Tour after he won the Egyptian Amateur in 2010. At the start of the 2011 season he won the New South Wales Matchplay Championship, the Lytham Trophy and the Hampshire Hog. He also reached the semi-finals of the US Amateur Championship in August.

After signing the deal, Sullivan said: "I'm thrilled to be joining Wasserman. Their global sports client list is one of the best in the world and being part of a company who successfully manage the likes of Jack Wilshere, Steven Gerrard as well as obviously Jason Day and Rickie Fowler can only be beneficial to me in the long term."

Senior said: "Brendan and his team have a proven track record in golf and I'm looking forward to working with them. I'm really excited about the future and am confident that I can achieve great things with Wasserman."
