PING joins The PGAs of Europe as a Corporate Partner
PING, one of golf’s most well known brands, has joined The PGAs of Europe as a corporate partner.
The late Karsten Solheim started the PING family business in 1959 out of his garage when he invented his revolutionary putter.

Nowadays PING occupies all aspects of golf club design and their products can be found in more than 70 countries.
“Welcoming Ping to our portfolio of partners is testament to the ever increasing stature of The PGAs of Europe and our commitment to aligning with brands that meet our values of quality and service,” said Ian Randell, The PGAs of Europe Chief Executive.
“Synonymous with innovation, Ping were one of the first to offer custom-fit clubs, a service that they continue to drive through their Gainsborough HQ and across the Continent.”
John Clark, Managing Director of Ping Europe Limited, said: “PING is about to celebrate its 50th year as a manufacturer of golf equipment so I can think of no better time for us to strengthen our relationship with The PGAs of Europe because without the support of PGA members PING would not be where it is today.”
