La Manga Club, one of the world’s leading luxury sports and leisure resorts, is offering female golf lovers the ultimate holiday experience with the launch of its new Women’s Golf Academies.

With three 18-hole championship golf courses, year round sunny climate and high-tech practice facilities, La Manga Club is the ideal holiday destination for lady golfers of all levels – from those just starting out in the game to seasoned pros.

Available from November 2008 until February 2009, the new four-day Women’s Golf Academies will run from 9:30am until 12pm Monday to Thursday, covering both long game skills and all aspects of the short game - from putting to pitching.

The academies will take advantage of La Manga Club’s V1 video system and Explanar golf training system which both work to improve technique. La Manga Club will also provide Callaway golf clubs during the sessions, meaning that participants can save their baggage allowance for more important things!

With the mornings organised and full of golfing tuition, ladies will have the afternoons free to enjoy La Manga Club and its range of activities and facilities including tennis, mountain biking, horse riding, football, cricket and water sports, not to mention Spa La Manga Club which offers a full range of Spa facilities, indoor gym, pool and sauna and jacuzzis.

The Women’s Golf Academy is priced at £201 (255 EUR) per person.

A break in November for two people staying in a twin or double room at Hyatt Regency La Manga is priced from £126 (160 EUR) per night, including VAT, breakfast and complementary access to indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms and gym. Single rooms are available from £122 (155 EUR) per night.

La Manga Club offers two types of affordable accommodation: The comforts of the four-star Hyatt Las Lomas Village apartment residences and the deluxe 5-star Hyatt Regency La Manga Hotel. Prices are subject to seasonal variations.
La Manga Club has recently undergone a 10 million euro refurbishment new facilities include the Regency Club, newly designed hotel lobby and restyled rooms.

Murcia airport is just 30 minutes from La Manga Club, airlines currently flying direct include: bmibaby, easyJet, Flybe, Thomsonfly, Jet2.com, Monarch and Ryanair; Alicante is around an hour from La Manga Club.
