Easy Way Golf with their 'Buy Dad A Day' initiative for Father's Day
Easy Way Golf is lending its support to the new charitable campaign from the Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust called ‘Buy Dad a Day’, a new annual, community-wide initiative that gives families and individuals the opportunity to buy their Dad a unique gift for Father’s Day on June 21, 2009.
The 'Buy Dad a Day' initiative means you can bid on a gift experience of a lifetime, whilst raising money for men’s health research.
Gift experiences include a lesson with Easy Way Golf Director and PGA Professional Stuart Smith, a day at the races with Derek Thompson, and tickets to the Grand Prix at Silverstone. The auction ends on June 17, 2009.
All funds raised from this campaign will be used for men’s health related issues, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
In this country, over 34,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer and 2,100 with testicular cancer each year.
