Wilson’s Di9 irons feature a sweetspot positioned more towards the toe than most conventional irons, as this is where the majority amateurs mis-hits are made. An insert placed in the cavity should soak up any unwanted vibrations for a better overall feel.
The face of the Wilson Smooth driver is of variable thickness to increase the size of the sweetspot. And as the name suggests, the Wilson Smooth has been designed to be as aerodynamic as possible to offer “powerful efficient performance.” Available in February, Wilson are offering a selection of the best Aldila, ProForce and Fujikura shafts in the Smooth driver.
In addition, Wilson will also launch a new set of Wilson Nc9 ‘precision irons’. Titanium has been welded onto the face a stainless steel body to offer improved power and forgiveness. The compact head design shouldn’t make these feel too bulky at address.
Wilson are also planning to launch a new line of wedges called Wilson Tw9. Available in gunmetal and satin finishes, the lower lofted wedges feature cavity backs that should help “bridge the gap between the modern pitching wedge and the sand wedge.”
Reviews of the Wilson Staff’s Spine driver, Wilson Nc9 irons and Wilson Tw9 wedges will follow soon, both in print and online.

I have hit them at a Golf Galaxy store, so they are OUT. And they are very sweet. Of course, I am hitting into a screen indoors, but I have hit enough clubs to know solid sticks when I hit them.

I had a custom fitting at The Belfry as it's sort of local & offered a better fitting than other golf shops who said the fitting would only take 10-25 minutes. I would advise a custom fit but just ensure the fitting is done properly.
I wanted my new clubs to work well for me. I could not believe the difference to my old clubs. I tried several different brands but Wilson seem to suit me, was the same with my driver (Spine)
I have taken delivery of my Di9's today, Can't wait to get out on the course & the range to try them.
During the fitting I hit alot of balls (Nearly 2 hours) These clubs feel great, look great & if I can hit them as well as I did during the fitting I expect to reduce my handicap.
