Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods is the 4/1 favourite to win the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am with Ladbrokes this week, where the players will tackle three courses on the Monterrey Peninsula.

Woods showed in the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship that he has control over his game again and I find it hard to look past him for the win this week. If Woods is in the final pairing on Sunday again this weekend, with a huge American gallery behind him, he will surely get his first win of the year.

Saying that though I'm going to try and pick out a couple of others for you that aren't so obvious.

Phil Mickelson is deemed the likeliest challenger to Woods and is at 16/1. Judging by his form over the last few months, I'd be incredibly surprised if Mickelson takes the title this week.

I've backed Dustin Johnson a few times in the column over the past few weeks to no avail. I'm a huge fan of Johnson and at 20/1 I'm going to have another dabble on him this week. This is a tournament he won back to back in 2009 and 2010, he also has the game to go head-to-head with Woods if it comes down to the two of them on Sunday afternoon.

Also at 20/1 are Rickie Fowler and Hunter Mahan but neither appeal to me this week at the same price as Johnson.

Bryce Molder is an interesting entry this week at 25/1. That seems like a short price, especially when you consider who he is in contention with, but he has been in good form this year so far and finished in the top ten here last year. He could be a good each-way bet this week.

My final pick for this week is going to be Aaron Baddeley at 50/1. That looks to be a big price to me with his ability. He was tied for sixth place here last year and I think he can definitely go one better to ensure a payout if he is backed each-way.

Elsewhere in the field Brandt Snedeker is at 25/1, Martin Laird is at 33/1, while Ian Poulter and Padraig Harrington are at 40/1

AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am betting guide and tips:

2pts each-way Dustin Johnson @ 20/1 with Ladbrokes
2pts each-way Bryce Molder @ 25/1 with Ladbrokes
2pts each-way Aaron Baddeley @ 50/1 with Ladbrokes
