Pannal lies in the glorious countryside south of Harrogate. Awesome views and a top quality course laid out on a stretch of gorse-covered land make this an unforgettable experience for anyone lucky enough to get the chance to play. The tree lined fairways at Harrogate make the course play harder than its length would suggest as you assess what's ahead from the card. The final stretch includes five par 4's, all but one are over 400 yards, making it one of Yorkshire's hardest closing stretches. Get through without registering a severe number and you've done a good job.
