Here are week 13's fantasy golf picks where both the PGA Tour and European Tour are holding big events at Firestone and Le Golf National
Fantasy Golf Picks: WGC-Bridgestone and Open de France
Last week, Henrik Stenson sealed the BMW International Open in Germany to move up to fifth in the Official World Golf Rankings and pick up 405 fantasy points.
See the full week 12 Fantasy Golf round up.
Due to scheduling issues mainly surrounding fitting the Olympics in, these two events clash this year and many of the Europeans, including Rory McIlroy and Danny Willett, have chosen to play in France due to the elevated status the European Tour has given it where extra Ryder Cup points are on offer.
Austria’s Bernd Wiesberger defends whilst Martin Kaymer, Lee Westwood, Francesco Molinari and Rafa Cabrera Bello are all playing.
In Akron, Ohio Firestone Country Club once again hosts the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and Shane Lowry is defending the title he won last year.
World number one Jason Day plays, as does US Open champion Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth and Justin Rose.

Fantasy golf picks for game week 12:
USA 1: Jim Furyk – Furyk has nine top-10 finishes at the Bridgestone and is fresh off his T2nd at the US Open and T21 at the Quicken Loans last week. He’s back in the swing of things after his long injury lay off and has publicly stated his game is feeling good.
USA 2: Jordan Spieth – The world number two was in the top 10 here last year, closing with a final round 66. He didn’t quite have his game at the US Open but ground out a T37th finish and I’m sure he’s been working hard since Oakmont. I expect him to finish inside the top 10 again this week.
GB: Justin Rose – The Englishman came T3rd here last year and T4th in 2014. Form.
Ireland: Shane Lowry – Lowry is fresh off a brilliant US Open, despite the final day 76, just two weeks ago and won here last year so everything is pointing to a good week for him. McIlroy is playing in Paris this week on a ball-striking course so will be in plenty of fantasy teams, however he did mention his game was out of sorts after his missed cut at Oakmont.
Scandinavia: Thorbjorn Olesen – The Dane could have won the BMW International last week but finished three behind Stenson to end in T2nd. He’s also had six top 15 finishes this season.
Rest of Europe: Francesco Molinari – The Italian shot a stunning final round 65 at Congressional last week and it could have been better. He’s playing the French Open this week where he ended T6th last year.
Asia: Thongchai Jaidee – Thongchai ended the BMW International inside the top 40 at 2-under-par and finished T10th at Le Golf National last year.
Africa: Branden Grace – Grace plays at the Bridgestone this week as a fully-fledged PGA Tour card holder and he’s having some season. Since winning the RBC Heritage he’s finished T9th at the Valero Texas Open and T5th at the US Open.
Australasia: Jason Day – The world number one, as I always say, just needs to play well and he’s up there. Firestone is a long, ball strikers course, despite Jim Furyk’s successes, and Day should be able to power his way round.
South America: Fabrizio Zanotti -The Paraguayan came T20th last year at Le Golf National and finished T7th at the BMW PGA Championship last month. Expect him to earn you some points this week.
