Electric trolley brand PowaKaddy has announced the launch of three new Freeway models for 2013.

The 2013 Freeway range includes a stylish new Freeway model, an enhanced Freeway Digital + and the new Freeway SPORT.

The Freeway has received a number of design and technology upgrades, including a new lightweight, oversized central tube, an ambidextrous T-Bar handle and a pause and resume function.

The Freeway Digital + is an improved version of the Freeway Digital model that was launched in March 2012. Among its stand-out features are a 200w whisper quiet motor, a nine-speed control roller and a fully-integrated LED display screen.

The critically-acclaimed PK SPORT has also been updated to spearhead the 2013 Freeway range. Its new technologies include an ergonomic soft grip handle, a three-way folding mechanism and a DDF button that links directly to the Digital Distance Function.

"We are extremely excited about the launch of the Freeway family. We firmly believe our three new cutting-edge and sporty designs, all displaying the famed Freeway name, represent the most complete electric trolley range available on the market today," said John deGraft-Johnson, Powakaddy's Chairman.

"Our reputation has been built on delivering quality, functionality, innovative technologies and performance across the board.

"We now aim to take these core values to the next level."

The Freeway has an RRP of £369.99 (standard battery) and £399.99 (extended range battery) and The Freeway Digital + is available with three different batteries and starts with an RRP of £429.99.
