Three new sets of irons from Callaway designed to appeal to a wide range of golfers. The
2009 X-Forged irons have been refined from the original design with the help of Callaway Tour players. The club now has more bounce and thinner sole and maintains the narrow sole and short blade length.
The X-22 irons have a redesigned weighting system which redistributes weight and gives the club 10% higher Moment of Innertia for added forgiveness. The new design
also has a slightly thinner top edge and sole for improved aesthetics and a larger sweet spot. The X-22 Tour irons use the same Notch Weighting system to raise the MOI. A sleeker hosel has been added which helps to lower the centre of gravity and move it nearer to the middle of the face. The head shape has also been refined with a thinner top edge.
