Cleveland has refined its wedge offering with the introduction of the new 588 RTX 2.0 wedge
Cleveland 588 RTX 2.0 wedges – which follow on from the popular first-edition models released last year – have been introduced into the marketplace.
The RTX 2.0 wedges have been designed to offer more versatility, with lofts ranging from 46-64 degrees and three sole grinds to suit different swing types and course conditions.
Rotex technology – introduced in the 2013 models – has also been improved with 15% sharper Tour Grip grooves and a new, deeper micro-milled pattern on the face.
The Cleveland 588 RTX 2.0 wedge is also available in two head shapes: a cavity-back, for increased forgiveness, and a traditional blade for enhanced feel and workability.
The wedges will cost £99 and are available from October 1 in a chrome finish, with a black satin option being introduced in Spring 2015.
