Lynx Golf celebrates after SportFest success
Lynx Golf has hailed the inaugural SportFest as a major success after providing all the golf coaching at the unique family festival.
The Surrey-based, family-owned brand delivered a successful golf experience over the weekend of 3-4th August at the Wormsley Estate, Bucks, in the first ever event of its kind in the UK.
With a specially-erected outdoor driving range, crazy putting challenge course, sticky golf, putting coaching by the son of famous golf instructor Harold Swash and a series of hourly trick shot shows from Dean Davis, Lynx was chosen to be the exclusive golf partner of SportFest.
Lynx Golf managing partner, Stephanie Zinser, said: "It could not have gone any better for Lynx. Everyone who experienced the Lynx Golf Zone had a superb time".
"SportFest is the perfect platform to show that golf is a fun, skilful and inclusive game and that is exactly what Lynx stands for."
SportFest was organised by SuperSkills Experiences Ltd, a unique business dedicated to providing legendary shared experiences by some of the biggest names in sport, including rugby greats Austin Healey and Will Greenwood.
Thousands of families enjoyed six sports - golf, hockey, cricket, rugby, netball and tennis - as well as a whole range of other family-orientated activities like martial arts and rowing.
Sporting legends in attendance included Tim Henman, Martin Johnson and Sir Matthew Pinsent.
