All you need to know about the new Ping G30 driver, Ping G30 irons, Ping G30 fairway and Ping G30 hybrid, including stories, videos and galleries
After much anticipation, the Ping G30 range has now been unveiled; a complete new offering featuring drivers, woods and hybrids and irons.
Notable features of the new G30 range include turbulators on drivers and fairway woods, better adjustability, new materials, improved CG positions, High Balance Points shafts and many others.
The Ping G30 driver comes in two models: The regular G30, and the G30 Straight Flight Technology.
Crown turbulators improve aerodynamics by reducing drag forces, helping to increase clubbed speed for more distance.
A new, thinner and lighter T9S face material enabled the G30 driver’s CG to be moved lower and further back than the G25 driver. This increases moment of inertia and reduces spin.
Adjustability has been increased to +/-1 degree, three shafts with multiple flexes are available and a number of other performance benefits are on offer.

The Ping G30 fairway woods and hybrids are also packed with a raft of new technological innovations.
A new face on the G30 fairway wood, which is thinner and hotter than on previous Ping models, maximises face deflection for increased ball speeds.
The G30 fairway also boasts an adjustable hosel, three shaft options, a longer, taller face, and is available in 3W, 5W and 7W models (from 14.5 – 21 degrees).
What’s more, progressive CG positions optimise the trajectory across all heads.
The Ping G30 hybrid – available in five different models (2H, 35, 4H, 5H, 6H) – utilises internal heel and toe weighting to increase the MOI more more forgiveness.
A flatter top rail, progressive CG positions and a new, uniform stainless steel face all combine to promote confidence, added distance and consistency.
The Ping G30 irons feature a number of innovative new features designed to deliver more distance, better gapping, higher launch and more consistency, both in terms of feel and distance control.
This is delivered through progressive lengths, undercut cavities, longer blade lengths, an enhanced sole design and more.
