Puma Golf Launch 2016 Apparel Collection

Puma Golf ambassador Alvaro Quiros helps launch the new apparel line that features a number of new technologies designed to meet the body's requirements on the course.

Puma Golf has launched its Spring/Summer clothing collection for the 2016 season with the help of six-time European Tour winner Alvaro Quiros.

The SS 16 line incorporates new technologies that have been designed to better equip golfers against the elements.

One of the technologies introduced in the collection is PWRCOOL, a moisture-activated Xylitol print engineered to actively cool body temperature when it is needed, helping to optimise performance by managing the body’s core temperature.

The collection includes CoolMax Extreme technology which is a lightweight, soft and breathable fabric that absorbs moisture by pulling it off the skin and into the fast-drying fabric.

Also incorporated in the collection is Cleansport NXT, a bio-based treatment that uses natural enzymes to reduce odors.

Dri-Release moisture management keeps golfers dry and comfortable. It even features UPF treatment to provide protection from the sun.

The collection also uses PWRWARM, a new PUMA technology originally introduced in last season’s collections. It utilises an innovative ceramic print to retain body heat and create a warmer microclimate by keeping the body five degrees warmer.

Puma Golf has recently partnered-up with Spanish tour pro Alvaro Quiros. The Spaniard has been with the company since late September 2015.

Cobra Puma Golf has announced this week that they have signed Masters top-Amateur Bryson DeChambeau. who will be making his professional debut at the RBC Heritage on the PGA Tour this week.
