The four-time major winner signed with TaylorMade in 2017 and currently plays a full bag of TaylorMade equipment, including all 14 clubs and his ball.

Rory had been using the M3 driver however, for 2019, he has just switched it out for the brand new TaylorMade M5.

The M5 has new Speed Injected Twist Face technology which is where tuning resin is injected into the face to make sure they conform to USGA and R&A guidelines.

Rory is regularly one of the longest hitters on Tour averaging well over 300 yards.

Rory had been switching between the M3 and M4 fairway woods throughout 2018 but he has switched to the new TaylorMade models.

At the moment he has both the M6 and M5 in the bag as a 3-wood and strong 5-wood respectively.

He has been using a TaylorMade P790 UDI 2 iron with a Project X HZRDUS 105 6.5 graphite shaft.

McIlroy plays with a mixed set of irons with a TaylorMade P750 3 and 4 iron and P730 Rors Proto irons from 5-9. They’re fitted with Project X 7.0 shafts. (Pictured below)
