Adams Golf has announced that two-time LPGA Player of the Year, Yani Tseng, has re-signed on a multi-year agreement.

Tseng had an incredibly successful year in 2011 picking up 12 tour victories worldwide, which included two Major championships.

By winning the LPGA State Farm Classic and the RICOH Women's British Open she became the youngest golfer, male or female, in history to win five Majors.

As a result, the Taiwanese star picked up multiple accolades at the end of the year including the Women's Sports Foundation Athlete of the Year Award and Golf Writers Association of America Female Player of the Year Award.

President and CEO of Adams Golf, Chip Brewer, said: "It has been an absolute honour to have Yani as a part of our tour staff for the last three years and witness the things she has accomplished in that short time.

"Yani is an amazing young woman on and off the golf course. When we partnered with her before the 2009 season we knew she would be a great representative of our brand, and she has exceeded all of our expectations."

Tseng added: "Since switching to Adams Golf equipment, I have won 17 times and become the number one player in the world.

"I like the fact that Adams Golf is one of the most innovative companies in golf, and I can trust their products to consistently perform at the highest levels of competition. I also appreciate their faith in me dating back to 2009. It only makes sense to continue with them and I am excited to see what the future holds."
