Henley Golf and Country Club in Warwickshire is hosting a charity golf day on Friday 29 April, 2011, to raise money for SANDS.

After a successful inaugural Charity Day last year, the Lily Mae Foundation has organised a second Charity Day at Henley Golf and Country Club on Friday 29th April 2011.

The 2010 event raised around 12,500 for the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society (SANDS), with a great turnout of around 200 people including 28 teams of golfers. This year's event will be supported by sponsors including Sytner BMW (Solihull/Coventry. Sponsorship packages are still available if youwish to offer your support.

The Foundation was set up by Ryan and Amy Jackson who were devastated when their daughter Lily Mae was stillborn in February last year. Ryan commented: "We greatly appreciate everyones support in our endeavours to raise awareness and vital funds for SANDS, who aim to support anyone affected by the death of a baby and promote research to reduce the loss of babies' lives.

The entry fee for a team of four is £200. There will be a team and individual Stableford competition and the entry fee will include:

- Tea/Coffee on arrival and registration - 18 holes of golf - 2-course meal at the evening presentation - Evening entertainment

Ex Liverpool and Denmark footballer, Jan Molby will be the special guest at the golf which promises to be a great day's fun for a truly worthy cause.
