Golf Monthly, the UK’s leading golf media brand, is looking for Interns to work with the editorial team to produce top-quality content across its diverse portfolio of print and digital channels.
The ideal candidates will have:
– A good knowledge of WordPress or similar website CMS
– An understanding of the importance of social media and a knowledge of the main audiences and how to engage with them
– Video editing skills using iMovie and/or Adobe Premier Pro
Applicants should possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work both as part of a team and on their own and the desire to produce fresh and creative ideas. Interns will work closely with the brand’s Content Editors to help with everything from equipment launches, video shoots, breaking news and Major tournament coverage.
A good knowledge of golf is not essential to this role, but an enthusiasm for sport and producing engaging content is a must.
Internships are for an initial period of 6 weeks with the opportunity to extend for the right candidates. Salary £12,000 pa, pro rata.
