Paul McGinley has increased his investment in ClubstoHire.com and committed to represent Europe's number-one club rental firm until 2021.

The 2014 European Ryder Cup captain was a founding partner in the Dublin-based company, which has 21 locations across the Mediterranean and South Africa.

"I'm really excited about what the future holds for ClubstoHire, given the speed at which the business has grown over the past four years," said McGinley.

"I'm delighted to have the opportunity to increase my investment in such an innovative company that is intent on getting more people playing golf at a reasonable cost in different locations across the world."

ClubstoHire.com outlets can be found in Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Turkey, South Africa, Morocco, the UK and Ireland.

The company has recently added thousands of new clubs to its offering - including the revamped Callaway Big Bertha driver - and is on target to provide almost 50,000 sets this year.

Six months ago, ClubstoHire was awarded the inaugural 'Golf Business Community Award for Innovation' at the HSBC Golf Business Forum in Abu Dhabi.

"We're absolutely thrilled that Paul has increased his investment in the company," said ClubstoHire CEO and co-founder Tony Judge.

"He's incredibly passionate about ClubstoHire and his international profile and business acumen will be of even more help to us as we look to grow in new markets like Dubai and the Far East."
