The Carrick halves cost of charity golf days

The Carrick on Loch Lomond will slash the cost of charity golf days by 50% in 2013

The Carrick

The Carrick on Loch Lomond has announced it will cut the cost of corporate golf days for any charity by 50% in 2013.

The award-winning venue - which opened in 2007 - has staged Ladies European Tour and PGA Cup events, and was recently named one of the 'World's Most Beautiful Golf Courses' by MSN.

"We have always been supporters and have welcomed a host of charities to The Carrick, particularly in the last 12 months. But by reducing the rate of our corporate golf days, we hope to offer charities the type of golf day that they desire at a more affordable rate," said Ross Whitfield, The Carrick Golf Club's General Manager.

"That higher quality experience for the guests will hopefully facilitate greater funds for the charity involved."

The Carrick specialises in organising corporate golf days and tailors its offering to the specific needs of each individual client.

The Carrick can also offer guest-list management, photographer sourcing, pre-round lessons from PGA-Qualified staff, on-course competition management, catering, after-dinner speakers and overnight guest accommodation, making it the perfect venue for groups of any size.

"We sincerely hope that this excessive charity rate for 2013 will not only encourage many of them to return next year, but help many others realise the affordability of The Carrick and our passion for charity work."
