TP Tour update

The TP Tour has continued to stage exciting golf tournaments throughout the autumn and winter months at some of the best venues in the country.

European Tour player Andrew Marshall claimed an impressive victory when the Tour visited Royal Ashdown Forest in Sussex on 16th and 17th October by shooting a course record 65 during his second round. The Tour will make a return stop at RAF in 2014, one of the purest examples of heathland golf.

On 21st October the TP tour paired with Back 9 Events and hosted the final Elite Pro Am of the year at the Buckinghamshire Golf Club.

Team Monte Rei Sub Aqua Club came away victorious, and the leading six teams over the series will now face off at Bearwood Lakes on 6th November with the winning team receiving a trip to Augusta to watch the 2014 US Masters.

Next week the TP tour returns for an 18 Hole Shootout on November 5th at Woburn: one of England's most renowned venues.

The winner of this event will receive a sponsor's invite to Europe's biggest Pro Am, The Beko Classic, which carries an $80,000 prize fund.

The TP Tour also has a winter partnership with the Afrasia Golf Masters on 2-7 December 2013.

David J Thomas, the winner of the TP Tour event at The Buckinghamshire, will go on to play at the Ernie Els-designed Four Seasons Resort in Anahita, Mauritius, alongside a field of top-class professional from around the world.
