Rio Olympic Golf Course Hole by Hole: Hole 14
The 14th is a 235-yard par-3 featuring intense bunkering to the right of the green
A guide to the fourteenth hole of the Rio Olympic Golf Course ahead of the 2016 Olympics in August
Rio Olympic Golf Course Hole by Hole: Hole 14
Hole 14 - Par 3 - 235 yards
The first par-3 of the back nine measures 235-yards and usually plays down wind.
There are four bunkers to the right – two very large ones – and one bunker protecting the left side of the green.
It's a generous putting surface for a par-3 and if the players avoid the bunkers they should make par or better here.
Down the stretch with an Olympic medal on the line this should make for a very entertaining hole as we're sure to see birdies and bogeys.
