Skechers Women’s GO Walk 3 shoe RRP: £57
Skechers has made quite an impact on the sports shoe market in recent years and they have turned their expertise to the golf market with some style and aplomb. A number of top professionals, including Matt Kuchar and Belén Mozo, are now wearing Skechers and, given the raft of technologies utilised in the construction of the shoes, it isn’t hard to see why.
As the name would suggest, the Skechers Women’s GO Walk 3 shoe has been designed with walking in mind. The technologies featured give the wearer exceptional levels of comfort and cushioning when walking.
First thing to note is that this is an extremely lightweight, slip-on shoe weighing in at just 4.5oz. You’ll play 18 holes in these shoes and feel you’ve barely walked nine.
Key technologies featured in this shoe include the high-rebound cushioning which will put a real spring in your step and give you great feedback on the nature of the terrain you’re walking, or making your stance, on.
The Resalyte midsole is lightweight and designed to absorb impacts while Go Pillars technology on mid and outsole also provide a shock absorbing role.
The shoes feature Skechers’ innovative Goga Mat memory foam fit design to enhance comfort while the FitKnit mesh upper provides great breathability.
Overall this well-priced shoe will suit those looking for a summer option that delivers particularly on comfort and lightweight breathability. The shoes are as wearable off course as on.
