Golf Monthly Verdict

The FG Tour TC Black wedge is another super product from Wilson. It looks fantastic behind the ball and performed beautifully out on the course. I was able to control the distance on all my pitch shots, and could vary the trajectory with ease. I did find that this wedge produced large amounts of spin, which is ideal for those players that like to attack tight pin positions.

A new finish is combined with Tour-Y grooves, for added bite on full-out wedge shots, and a set of 11 laser-etched lines between each groove to increase spin, particularly on short-range shots. Available with a tradition sole, for players with a medium-to-steep angle of attack, and a tour grind sole, for a shallower angle of attack and players looking for versatility.  Comes with a Lamkin Performance Plus 3GEN grip and True Temper Dynamic Gold steel shaft.
