Golf Monthly caught up with Gleneagles PGA Professional Matthew Galley ahead of the 2014 Ryder Cup

Recently, Golf Monthly caught up with Gleneagles PGA Professional Matthew Galley, who gave some inside knoweldge on the course that will host the 40th Ryder Cup.

The matches take place from September 26-28 as the European Ryder Cup team bids to win its sixth Ryder Cup in the last seven stagings of the tournament.

In the above video, Galley talks about some of the course changes that have take place at Gleneagles over the last couple of years.

He discusses what he believes to be the best matchplay holes on the course, talks about his favourite holes, good vantage points, Paul McGinley and more.

He also predicts a European victory after an extremely tight encounter.
